Thoughts on this leather jacket

I have just stumbled upon this jacket:

What are your thoughts on it? Obviously I'll have to try it on and see, but I'm more interested in how you like the jacket itself. Brown leather jacket is on my fall wish list, but only if I find an absolutely perfect one ( that's a 10).

Gorgeous! I like the color, length, detailing. The only thing I'd wonder about is that it probably has to be worn with the belt done up. If you're ok with that, go for it.

i think it's cute! I like how it creates a waist for you! The few leather jackets i've tried on so far have done the opposite and have just not looked right on me i think...

Thanks ladies, I'll go to the mall later today to check it out and take photos if they have it. It is actually the belt that attracted me to it, since I'm highly biased towards clothes with good waist definition

So I went to the mall, and tried it on. Here's the photo:

It fits pretty well in the body, but the sleeves are bothering me - they are quite wide. They are probably supposed to be somewhat flared, but still... What do you think? Thank you very much!

Yeah, the sleeves don't do anything for me either. The rest is yummy, though!

Thank you for the coment Becky. Isn't this annoying? The jacket fits so well yet the sleeves are awful. I very often wonder why manufacturers make things the way they do

Are the sleeves meant to do that? The sleeves on my white linen jacket fit me like that, so I cut them off and made it elbow length (I know it's not possible on the leather jacket). They are still sort of big, so I think I will alter the sleeves to make them a bit more snug. Huge armholes are my biggest jacket pet peeve.

I think the sleeves are supposed to flare. You either like it or you don’t. Leave it Tanya becuse you don't love it.

You are absolutely right Angie! Thank you for pointing this to me. You and Ana are both right that the sleeves are supposed to flare ( the armhole actually fits right), but I don't like it so I'll pass. I'll wait for a better one.
