Christie's comments about eating homemade meals vs prepackaged, and the general healthful atmosphere here has inspired this thread. Also, the delicious meal I made last night that I want to share for all the non-vegan veggies. I get daily emails from a healthful cooking website and I often use their recipes as a starting point for my own creation. (I never cook from a recipe 100%).
