Thank you all for the input! I really apreciate it! It seems like I'll be able to wear this any of the ways except, perhaps #3.
This probably isn't something I would have chosen for myself, but I like it well enough to keep around, and I suspect it will come in very handy indeed come mid-summer.
Brooklyn, you are so sweet. Part of why I'm uncomfortable with back exposure, is that my back tends to break out in a rash at the slightest provocation. Even a hot shower can be enough to set me off!
Firecracker, thanks so much for the "intentional" comment. I think that's one of my issues with this type of dress. You can wear them multiple ways, but sometimes they look forced. #3 is probably a good example of that. This particular item is a little less precious than many such...it's really just a double layer wrap skirt with some extra-long ties.
Suz, March is Colorado's snowiest month, just when many places are being treated to warm days. Not complaining too much, though... it's usually gone in a day or two, and I LOVE snow. Fall/winter is my favorite.
kerry, I think an interesting necklace goes a long way with these types of summer dresses. Of course, it doesn't always feel great to wear a big, chunky necklace in the heat. I like this one a lot because it's fairly lightweight as such things go.
Vix, yes to your point about finding "your ways." I'd be perfectly happy with one great, go-to look!
