Thank you to everyone for their opinions!
Hmm, OK, right now it looks like 6, 9, and 10 are winning. So the frilly skirt in 1-5 is out - I think it definitely needs lighter colored footwear anyway, which I don't really have. I think my heeled oxford purchase I've planned for spring needs to be a light color! If I manage to figure out the shoe situation, I might do one of the 1-5 outfits for easter though.
Re: #6. I'm kind of surprised that so many people liked this one! I personally thought the proportions were a little off (blouse too long, I think). AJ, I love the idea of the paper doll outfit you posted in theory; however it doesn't work in practice because that particular skirt has an elastic waistband (hello, poison eye!) so I won't tuck into it, and the grey top is too long to not tuck.
#9 was my favorite as well, and if it was warmer I'd wear it in a heartbeat. (The guests are fine with bare arms, but the weather unfortunately is not. It's supposed to be in the 30s; obviously it'll be warmer indoors but not THAT warm.) Therefore I must have a topper. Do people really dislike it with the black jacket in 8? I noticed that everyone specifically voted for 9, and not 8.... I will show you guys how it looks with the white jacket, and maybe also with the cropped jacket in 10. Unfortunately my fuchsia blazer (which is the perfect color) is way too long for this.
I also really like #10. (It made my top outfits of 2012 list.) To me, the slouchy boots say "going to work" rather than "going to a bridal shower" though... which is why I wanted to change out the footwear.
