So I had my next evaulation last week. My body fat has gone down 1/2% though I'd lost 2 kilos (I have been doing some sums, and if it had been all fat loss I'd have gone down 3 %, so I wonder if I'm actually losing muscle - though the PT didn't mention anything about that) I lost off my belly button (and most places) but not my hips.

Still, given that I have had a blow to the weightlifting in that I hurt my arm and had Christmas in between, I suppose it isn't too bad. I'm getting a new programme from him on Friday
