So, I did some shopping over the weekend and got some new items. Of course, I had to wear them immediately, so here we go:

Jeans - BR
*new* white blouse - Limited
Vest - Bitten
*new* green cardi - j.crew

i only wore the sweater part of the day b/c it got really warm later in the day.

I don't love the sleeves of the white blouse, so my intention is to wear it under a cardi or blazer most of the time. I just loved the ruffles, so I couldn't resist.

I think you nailed this one. I love the ruffled blouse, too, and admire the way you combined the vest with the blouse and cardi. All of the proportions work really well. Plus, vests are so in right now. Tres chic! You can do so many different things with those 3 pieces.

What an amazing outfit Shell. Everything works so well together . I love the ruffled blouse and the vest, and the pop of purple underneath is brilliant with the green cardi.

I love the ruffles too, very pretty. I don't care for the sleeves but that is easy enough to solve with a long sleeve cardigan or pullover. I really love your green cardi. That's a very nice green and looks great with the dark blue.

Me likey Love everything about the blouse (minus the sleeves), cardi, vest. Wonderful colors and pieces by themselves and you have done such a great job of pulling them together Shell.

Shell, I audibly gasped when the picture opened on my screen! Great color combos! I LOVE the ruffle blouse...could you take the sleeves off and make it sleeveless? I'm with Angie...solid 9!
