Deb - honestly I have to say good riddance. I ordered a faux leather dress. I spent about 30 seconds in it, it was cheap material, shoddy workmanship, ill fitting, just awful. I packed it carefully back up and sent it back the next day. I got a very divisive email from piperlime saying I had clearly worn the dress and that they would credit me back but they would not do that in the future. I was furious. I had bought several things in the past year and returned them all because of poor quality. My gut told me that their "free shipping" and returns dept did not like me because of that. I got customer service on the phone and literally let them have it - timeline, quality etc. Well my record was expunged and I got, of course, my credit but I never used them again. I never had a problem with gap, ON, or athleta - better quality and awesome customer service. So sorry - but good riddance piperlime - challenge zappos? not in this universe!! For any ladies in mourning over this forgive me but the story is a cautionary tale.
