Ha, this sounds too dangerous for me so I'll pass on it, but it does sound neat. I have just one Kate Spade bag that I got at a thrift store for $4 and it's genuine! Unfortunately it's also too small to hold...anything really, but it's cute!

Update on Rue La La:

I have not bought anything yet...by the time I have a chance to browse their offerings, they've sold out of almost everything. But...so far, the choices look great and the prices fantastic.

I thought I'd top this thread for two reasons. In case anyone missed it the first time around--I can still invite anyone to join. Also, the next two designers might be of interest to some of you. Bobby Jones goes up on 5/21 and my personal favorite Tahari goes up 5/23. If you're interested in being invited, I'm sure we can figure out a way to do it so everyone feels safe.

Hmm I just went thru the last several names who requested an invitation and several of you were already invited. I'm sorry it took me so long to get to some of you. If someone else is sending out invitations--that is fine, but it's a little confusing for me to send out ast of invites only to have to remove some of the names and go back and reenter the ones who have not been invited.

I have recently had such a terrible time with their customer service department, I would really not join them. They were horrible to me and didn't offer any help at all fixing a relatively simple problem. I have enjoyed much better customer service at Hautelook and Gilt Group. Beware before you sign up and buy something from this one.

That's too bad that you had such a horrible experience, erinfm. :( I've never shopped from them before, but I'll be extra careful if I ever do.

How do you like gilt group? Do they generally have pretty good stuff?
