Here are a few things from my wish list. Any opinions and suggestions are welcome!

1) Knit moto jacket. Someone here, I think it was Lena, posted this jacket from Esprit. I really like it, and think it will be perfect for casual weekend wear. It has some nice stitch detail on the shoulders and cuffs that, unfortunately, don't show up in the photo.

2) ATL shirtdress. I'm on the fence with this one - I think it looks great in person, but after looking at the pictures, I'm not too sure it's flattering.

I think the shirtdress is lovely, but maybe a pinch too big for you? Hard to tell due to the dark fabric though.

Dee - great jacket. I can't put my finger on the dress either but something seems a bit amiss. However, it could be angle at which the photo is taken. Is the bottom of the dress a little too flared? Waist too high?

Dee, I'm glad you tried the jacket. I ordered a size S and it was too big in the chest and too long. I forgot to take a picture

It looks really good on you. And yes, it does have cool details and stripes.

Something is off with the dress, but I can't put my finger on it.

The jacket is super Dee, I think you'll get lots of use out of it.
You're right about the dress. It's beautiful, but something seems off and I too can't put my finger on it (could it be the lenght?).

The motorcycle jacket is great. It looks more casual, so you can wear it that way, or you could wear it with a skirt to dress it up a bit if you wanted to. Great buy!

The dress--I can see what you mean. I'm not sure if it's the angle of the photo, but it doesn't look like it fits you very well. I think the girls are right--it looks too big, especially around your waist. If you really like it, could you have it taken in, or return it and try the next size down?

Great moto jacket! It looks versatile and hip. Hmmm, for the dress. I wonder if it's the angle of the picture - maybe check your camera placement and try taking a photo straight on instead of angled up. It does seem very flared....

The dress is the smallest size that would fit. It may be the camera angle - I did a self portrait using the timer but I don't have a stable place to put my camera that's any higher. I will try to get a better picture when my husband is around.

Fab jacket, Dee. It was on my blog post about knitted moto jackets. You look great!

I can’t really see the fit of the dress at the torso on the picture. Is it fitted through that area and does it have a cutline on the waist? The silhouette looks good, though.

Hmm, would you try the shirtdress with a belt for a little extra waist definition? I get what everyone means that it's a little 'off', although it could just be the picture. Either way, my immediate reaction was that a belt would look great on you
