Last week was a blur, because of jetlag (which I'm *finally* over), so I don't even remember which days I wore what. :-(

On a rainy day:

BR tweed jacket, BR purple patterned scarf, AT silk tunic, AT pearls, UO skinnies, wedge rain boots, Nordie's purse from NAS

This jacket is from last season, but I only just realized it has contrast lining on the sleeves, so I can roll them up for some attitude! Also these boots make me feel like a bad-a$$. Hee hee. They are like rubber army boots. Work great in puddles!

Question: Does the shorter jacket work okay over the longer tunic?

Favorite AT geometric print jacket, BR white blouse, Inc ponte knit pants, SW metallic oxford booties, Botkier handbag from NAS, AT scarf.

No jewelry because the neckline on this blouse is detailed - hard to see in the photo. This scarf was a recent purchase and every where I go, I get compliments on it. Was a good purchase! The AT jacket is from several years ago and it's one of my all-time favorites, the kind of item you'd want to grab if the house was burning down.

I really love this jacket too. It has a cute cropped cut and tuxedo-ish lines. Unfortunately, it is kinda cheaply made, so even though I bought it last year, it's already pilling a little here and there. If I find an upgraded version - one that has tuxedo satin on the lapels - and is on sale, I'm going to grab it!

The wig was fun, but this color hair is just not meant for me. :-(

I am just realizing now I had this black/gray/pink theme... so funny! I think it's because once I change my bag, I tend to just stick with the bag until I get bored.

Can I come over and steal your entire scarf collection???I adore the AT ruffle one - I can see why you go so many compliments on it. And seeing you in those ponte knit pants are seriously making me want to go get a pair - they look amazing on you! Wow, that black hair on you is kind of freaking me out though - I definitely prefer you as a blonde!! My favorite is Sunday - trendy but sophisticated!

I love your outfits this week Shiny! Also, the comment about the boots on the first day made me laugh. :D

I really like that printed 3/4 sleeve jacket you are wearing with the ruffly scarf. And that plaid silk cami is so cute! You wore it last time you posted photos, and I remember it because I think it just goes so perfectly with your cardis and jackets. It's trendy but still understated. Plus, I noticed you got the pleather jacket in the last outfit from F21, that's awesome! It looks great and very sleek with what you have paired it with.

Shana - you should try the Inc ponte knits - they are turning out to be my "best buy" for the fall. I imagine I will live in these this winter when it gets colder - they are very warm.

Rose - pairing necklace and scarf - indoors, I knew I'd end up taking off the scarf because it was too hot, so I added the necklace too.

San - yes, for some reason the grey pants seem more casual to me too. Not sure why that is.

Medusa - I love the idea of that color hair, unfortunately, it doesn't love me. :-) But fun for halloween.

Ana - I am loving the F21 pleather jacket. It's quite light-weight too (pleather tends to make me sweat too much - darn hormones!). And it will fit underneath my cobalt Jcrew coat, so I could get wear out of it through the winter; I only worry that the zippers on the sleeve might snag the lining.

Angie - I will start another thread, but your blog today has me wondering if I should add a pair of boots/booties in a pop of color? To add interest to my monochromatic palette?
