Thanks ladies! I had a wonderful time with both my twin and baby sister. DH dropped us off and we cabbed it back (cab cost $5.60) and we split it 3 ways!

The dress is actually black but I think the droidx camera does impart a "blue tone". I DID take a red handbag. Not a clutch but just a tignalle day bag. (can't post the pic because this is a "realtime". I wore black 2 inch sandal heels and that FELT high although the footbed is very comfortable. They are by a company called "Nurture".

I have thought about actually bringing the hemline up as I don't believe a midi is my best length. I do better with right around knee length. Cropped sweater sounds like an interesting idea. I actually tried to do a shorter sweater in the shot but don't own anything truly croppped.

I am so on the same wave length with "cocktail" wear. The only other thing I own is a black sheath and I just didn't want to look too serious!!
