I was inspired by Angie's recent post on cycling and how in Europe they often wear capes. I decided to do an Americana variant on it with my Portland collection by Pendleton Native American inspired poncho cape. It's a dense wool, so it's quite warm yet easy to wear while cycling. Worn with my faded black skinnies and black over the knee boots. I work in a trauma hospital so a helmet is a must. I've seen too many bad accidents the result of people not wearing helmets. I'm hoping soon that there will be more variation in helmet styles as cycling becomes more popular.
