Maybe it's because it's almost spring, but I've been greatly attracted to skirts with a print and some flare that would hit me on or at the top of the knee. I like the bit of fullness that's not a pencil or simple a-line.

My concerns:
1) These are usually Junior styles. Are they too young for over 60?
2) They all seem to be shown with tucked in tops. What would you wear on top?
3) Do they require heels to look good?

I'd like a smart casual look that will be cool and comfortable with flats or wedge-heeled summer shoes. Any thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks!
