I just found the blue dress today. I love the way it fits. It came with a matching belt, which I would rather not wear. Should I go wide or thin on the belt? Not necessarily the colors I have on. Just wanted you to see both widths. If I went out and bought a new belt, what color? How about the shoes? I really don't want to buy new shoes. Do one of these work?

The white dress I bought last year. Which shoe do you like with it? I could wear both dresses this weekend. If I wear just one and something else the next night, which should I wear? Thanks guys!

Beautiful dresses! I think I'd like something wider than the narrow belt but not as wide as the green belt. Does that make sense? I wonder about a metallic belt in silver or a navy patent.

Both dresses look beautiful on you. With both dresses I like the lower vamped shoes. They show off your long legs.
I have the blue dress and love it. I wore the tie belt with it and it never occured to me to wear a different belt. Thanks for the idea. I wore white and silver shoes and carried a silver bag. I thought I could have done better but I was in a hurry. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Shannon, the blue dress is my favorite. It really looks good on you. I prefer a wider belt. What about white or orange? I like the lower vamp sandals. The white dress is nice too. What about with your red statement necklace with that? I like the turquoise shoes with the white dress.

We have a private room in a restaurant/bar. It is probably going to be very casual, but I don't want to be. When I told the girls I was going to wear a dress they looked at me like I was crazy.

I totally agree with Joy... I think a belt a little less wide than the wide one in a more neutral colour would look great.

Thanks for the opinions girls. San you have the same dress! Where do you wear your dress? Joy I do have a navy in between width belt, but it is not patent. I put it with the dress, it may work. Thanks!

Seems everybody likes the lower vamped shoes. I see your point, but I was hoping to put a little edge on the dress by wearing my gladiators. Isn't that the look now? If not I surely won't wear them. I haven't seen Sex and the City, but doesn't Carrie wear gladiators with her dresses? Oh I am so confused!!

I wore my blue dress to an outdoor wedding this summer. I loved wearing it. It's a very happy color and well made.

personally, i LOVE the gladiator sandals. i would absolutely wear them - it would make your blue dress a little funkier and less dressy.

i kind of love the green belt with the dress, but i could see silver, navy, white, or gray working with it as well.

the white dress is also very pretty - very marilyn. i like either shoe with it. if you were to wear this dress in addition to the blue dress, i'd wear different shoes. so, i vote glads with the blue dress and blue heels with the white dress. i could also see the green belt working very well with the white dress. the dress is really screaming for a belt

i wouldn't wear a necklace with the white dress. halter necks work better with funky earrings.

I think the white dress is really pretty on you with a great fit. Love it with the blue shoes.

The blue dress is also nice on you and I think it looks better with the thicker belt.

Hands down, I prefer you in the white dress with the turquoise shoes. It’s a very flattening silhouette.

Somehow the print on the blue dress and the mood of the stacked gladiators don’t mesh. I prefer that dress with the low vamped shoe.

Both dresses look very nice but I think the white dress makes you look younger and better shows off your figure. If you pick the pretty blue dress I would go more towards a wide belt vs the skinny one. Like the idea of a metallic belt as mentioned in previous post
