Pantyhose or not?

We have an evening wedding to attend this Saturday. Temps should warmer (in the 50s) but still chilly as the sun sets and temps fall back into the 30s. That being said, I have figured out what to wear but have a question about pantyhose. Can I wear them (nude) with the outfit pictured or not? All thoughts and opinions are appreciated!

Lovely outfit, and I think hose with the shoes you've chosen would be fine. Hope you have a great time!

Pantyhose will be fine as long as they're nude and sheer.

I would totally wear panty hose with that dress, but panty hose with peep toe shoes make me twitch. Maybe tights instead?

YES. Nude panty hose are brilliant - not frumpy at all. Although they may be static with a knitted dress. Might need spray, or tie a safety pin to the back inside of the dress.

why not get toeless panty hose, or peep toe or whatever they are called. I got mine on line form JCP, but they had them at Macys too. Mostly they are Haynes, but probably other brands. I bought some last summer as I had to attend a function that I thought bare legs would not be quite right, and I wanted to wear my new heel sandals. my sandals were a bit more bare than just peep toe though, so I knew regular nude hose would not work with them.

I think nude hose would be just fine. Get a pair that have no seams at the toe and no one will even notice:)

Yes to beige pantyhose, and keep in mind that Wolford makes toeless pantyhose, if you need it.

Definitely! Lovely and fun outfit. Great with red accessories. Can you get no seams or toeless?

Absolutely yes on the pantyhose, and even if the toes do have seams, you can position them under so they aren't visible. Just as long as the color isn't significantly darker than your natural skin tone! Sometimes "nude" can be a bit more tan.

Yes! Under 15DEN they have to be quite transparent, if choosen right for your skin tone.

Angie (or others)-wow-what do you mean by "tie a safety pin to the back inside of the dress"...never done or heard of this, can somebody explain?

Nude pantyhose if you need the warmth, bare legged if not is my vote.

Thank you all for your advice and suggestions! I'm finally starting to figure out this "style" thing and didn't want to compromise my look for comfort if I didn't have to! Thanks to you all, I'll feel confident with my very functional nude (not suntan) hose or peep toe hose.
