opinions on new clothes (w/ pics)

Lately I've found myself shopping every weekend ($$!) and sternly told myself that I would shop no more and was going to spend Sunday at Borders instead. But to get to Borders, I had to walk past H&M and the huge 'Sale' signs lured me in....

My first ever white pants! On sale for $10...Can I pull off the slim fitted leg?

Excuse the wrinkles...I love the colors on this shirt but is the pattern too much? I tried it on in the aisle, since the fitting rooms were full, and a woman next to me advised me to put it back....but i couldn't:

I finally found a vest that fits me perfectly without enhancing my already busty upper half...I wouldn't wear these two pieces together (would i?) but I bought the mustard yellow silk tank as a layering piece:

That white trousers look lovely on you!
The vest looks great on you, I would use it with another blouse (I don't think the vest looks good with a blouse without sleeves), but the color is great!

Thanks rute! I agree with you on vests with tanks...I wore the vest to work yesterday with a black graphic T and felt pretty great in it =)

I love the white pants on you and I LOVE the vest combo. I actually do like the sleeveless shirt under the vest. If you put a short sleeve on it's liable to add to your bustline.

I'm not as crazy about the other 2 shirts. They aren't nearly as slimming as that vest outfit. It's either the patterns or the lengths but they are not doing much for me-- sorry.
