New white jeans

I have just received my new white jeans. They are by Joe's jeans, very high waisted trouser cut:

They are going to need some hemming - I am wearing them in the photo with my 4" shoes, but would probably wear them with my 2.5 - 3 '' summery wedges. I also plan to remove the front pockets to avoid show through. Do you think I should remove the back pockets too? ( no photo sorry)? Since these are trouser cut, the pockets are not over the jeans on the back, like on the regular 5-pockets jeans ( if this makes sense to you); but under, like on trousers, so there is show through.

Many thanks!

*Swoon*. I love those on you, Tanya. I'd only take out the back pockets if they show. I love it when trouser jeans have true trouser pockets like that.

You are so ahead of the game getting ready for good weather. Those jeans look perfect on you. I love them. I'd say take out any pockets that show through. You don't really need them, right?

The jeans look great on you, Tanya. i would remove the pockets if they show through.

Wow! Those are amazing! They fit beautifully and make your legs look so long.

Tanya, the jeans look great. Remove all the pockets. I just had to post these for Ana and others:

Tanya, you could not look bad in anything if you tried!

I am curious, based on your choice of a high-waisted style, and the link that Patience posted: are high-waisted jeans the trend for spring?

Thank you all so very much! I will remove all the pockets, including back ones, whet getting them hemmed.

Patience, those are nice jeans. Nicole might be interested in them if the Elie Tahari's don't work for her.

Laura, I do not have a clue whether high waist are a spring trend or not. I personally really like them beacuse I have long torso/short legs body type, and high waisted pants and skirts seem to really balance me well.

Tanya, those jeans are beautiful on you! Where do you get your alterations done and are they expensive? Your clothes always fit so well!

Wow, those jeans look awesome! Definitely get the pockets removed - there's too much show-through with white. It's funny that you say that you are the long torso/short legs body type - you look so proportional and your legs always look a million miles long!

Legs that go on forever, and a tiny, tiny waist. So pretty!

KILLER. Love them :-)

They will work very well in NM.

Wow Tanya! You were made for those jeans (or maybe those jeans wer made for you). They look better on you than they did on the model when you linked them before.

I would def. take out all pockets. It's such an easy thing to do, and honestly, who uses back pockets besides men? (Actually, my husband does not use back pockets for his wallet because it creates unaligned hips and bothers his back).

Now I can't wait for my ET jeans to arrive.
