New specs - finally!

I finally got new specs. It's been a long time in coming. I don't remember these being so big when I tried them on last week. I'm glad I chose these and not the even bigger pair.

They are a pretty purple by Prada with lilac on the inside.

I think they look great. They might look bigger because the prescription makes your eyes smaller. That happens to me anyway. But I don't think they look bad at all--in fact they're great.

All of these glasses pictures are making me super pumped to go shopping tomorrow!

I know nothing about glasses but these look beautiful on you - love the color and I think it works so well with your current hair color but will also look great with the darker one.

*Whew* I'm relieved. I had to pick them fast in order to have a pair for my trip. It was risky, but I'm glad it worked out. I just need to get them adjusted as they are starting to slip down my nose.

Wow, you all are so nice. I'm loving my new specs! San, I'm taking them in today to be fitted. I haven't worn contacts since I got these last Thursday. Other than the fact that I can't wear my sunglasses and that I can't see when I put my makeup on, I'm loving them to pieces. I feel so stylish in my Pradas.
