New Coat---2nd try

I think the coat fits very well, and it's a great style for you. The length is very good too. One thing I am not sure about is the color, at least on these photos. I'd be curious what others would say.

Hmmm. To be honest, I'm not crazy about the color. It could be because you're against a pale wall, but it seems like it washes you out. Even your fabulous red hair doesn't get to sparkle against it! And it looks like it's a little big -- is it supposed to be a fitted coat or an oversized one? It doesn't give you a lot of definitation at the waist, but I'm not sure if it's supposed to or not...

The style is very nice for you, though. And the length is perfect. I also need to join the list of hair-enviers!

I like the way the coat fits you and the neutral color is very versatile - it will work with browns and blacks. It does wash you out a bit, but I think you just need the right color near you face - maybe a green or blue scarf?

I think the problem with the color isn't the coat, but it's the rest of your outfit. Your pants look like the same color as the coat and the olive sweater underneath is just a darker tone of the same color.

Try the coat with some more color and of course a beautiful colorful scarf and it'll work. The coat is beautiful.

I agree with Nicole. I like the style and the color of coat, but it should be worn with something more contrasting, for example, dark brown pants and teal top.

Thanks for all the hair complements everyone. I think I'll try the coat with a jewel toned scarf and see if that helps. I'll probably need something to fill in the openess against the wind chill anyway! I'll post another pic when I find one.

Please do, Taffy. I think the fact that everything in your outfit was a similar color made it hard for me to really see the coat.
