I went to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale today and came home mostly with what I was after. Here are the finds, plus some questions for you all.

Photo 1: What I wore to shop. I wanted to find a silky blouse to go with the jacket I wore (made by me), a taupe, gray, and metallic tweed with zipper front, zips at the sleeve hems, and zippers as trim on the yokes. Worn with white jeans (AG), cream ribbed tank (Eddie Bauer), metallic belt (Calvin Klein)and flats (AGL), and taupe and black croc embossed bag (Brahmin).

Photos 2 -4: Find #1. Gray silk blouse with placket front and pleat in back (Vince, not on sale, unfortunately). Worn with gray coated leggings (AG), same jacket and flats.

Photos 5-6: A sleeveless wine-colored silk blouse I had, from last year's NAS. I haven't worn it much, partly because it lacks sleeves. But I love the color.

Photos 7-10: Find #2. Wine silk blouse (Eileen Fisher). With coated leggings and with jacket.
Q: Is this blouse too much of a duplication of the sleeveless one I already had? Or can I look at it as adding to a wine capsule?

Photos 11-13: Finds #3-4. Mixed stitch wool sweater and wool-blend plaid scarf (Eileen Fisher). Did I mention I love this color? This is one of the sweaters I had picked out, and I love it on. I also like having the scarf to wear with it, for an easy outfit. Did the same thing with an EF sweater and scarf combo last NAS, and was happy I did it.

Photos 14-15: Finds #5-7. Camouflage silk blouse with v-placket (Nexx), chain necklace (Nordstrom?), black oxfords in shiny cross-hatchy suede (Naya); and blouse styled with olive cargo pants (made by me), black zipper jacket (Halogen), black booties (Munro).

Photos 16-17: Finds #8-9. Green cashmere sweater (Halogen)--not intentionally styled. Photo 16 is with my taupe satchel (Hobo), which I have been wanting to replace. First I "replaced" it with the Brahmin bag in photo 1, on sale. But they have such different vibes, I've still been carrying the Hobo sometimes. So the bag in Photo 17 is my new replacement taupe satchel (Liebeskind).
Q: Is this replacement worthwhile? Someone at work told me my Hobo satchel doesn't look bad. I'm becoming self-conscious of it, though, and I can't get it to look good anymore with leather conditioner.
Photo 18: Find #10. Poly-wool crinkled scarf in taupe with black trim (Nordstrom).
Photo 19: Find #11. Teal hoodie (Zella), for wear with Pilates gear.

Not pictured: Finds #12-13. Black woven leather cuff with silver studs (Nordstrom) and running shoes (Asics Kayano).

Not found: dark brown booties! I may go to another Nordstrom to try on some styles they didn't have at the store I went to today.

What do you all think? I'm open to thoughts and suggestions. I plan to keep all, probably, although I wonder what you all think about the wine blouse and the taupe bag.

Thanks for looking!
