Here is another Angie NAS pick, the Laundry Quilted Sleeve Mixed Media Peacoat. I really like the back detail with the pleats.

#4-Closed with a blazer underneath

I typically wear blazers with outerwear so #4 is how I would wear this coat most often.

I know for blazers sleeves should end at the thumb bone, does the same rule apply to outerwear? Should I have the sleeves shortened?
