As I posted recently, I work at a clothing store, and I find it hard to resist the temptation to shop frequently. The problem is, I needed to step back and figure out what I really need. So I made a list of my fall/winter clothes, based on the color scheme of blush, burgundy, olive, black and white. I figured out what the "holes" in the capsule are. Mostly shoes! Because I am on my feet for hours a day, I need some work-comfy shoes to slightly dress up my outfits. (Casual shoes are fine, and I do plan to get a new pair of Toms for work, too. But slightly dressier shoes are what I really need.)

So I'm going to try to resist temptation to add any "just for fun" pieces from work until I find a comfortable pair of flats in cognac or burgundy, some mid-heeled pumps in cognac, NOT KNIT tops in black and burgundy, and a burgundy floral skirt. I'd like to also get a pair of ankle booties in cognac or burgundy, but I can do without those if I don't find them. Dream item: blush moto jacket.
