I think the velvet jacket is absolutely scrumptious on you. The color is amazing.
The tartine cardi is my second favorite. I love, love, love patterned cardis and went overboard last year. Agree you might need a pop of color underneath. Needn't be a cami- I like that you paired it with a blouse. Just need one that has more color. Also recommend you try belting this for a different look.
The tunic: I think you've said before that browns flatter your skin tone. I also often gravitate towards browns myself. This is a good basic and has layering potential; if you love it and feel confident in it, then keep it. I don't think it needs a cami - does it? It may look even better without one. And maybe instead of a necklace, pile on some bracelets? Or pull your hair up and wear some dramatic earrings?
How does the tunic look with white jeans? I bet it would look fab. Hmm.... if this was in my closet, I'd pair it with my white jeans and my giraffe print pumps.... I'd go minimal on the jewelry and make the shoes the focal point.
