I’ve been looking hi and low for a pair of booties, heeled oxfords, or chunky-heeled pumps in a “nude” like color – beige, sand, light tan, whatever you want to name it. Basically, I’m in love with the color of my Frye’s (photo below) and would love to get a pair of shoes in a similar color. Can you help?

I have found tons of nice brown and taupe shoes, but all look darker than I like. Has anyone seen lighter ones?

Criteria:
- Need to work with skirts
- Prefer tight around the ankle (mine are on the slim side)
- Preferred heel height is 2”. I can go up to 2.5” or maybe even 3” if the comfort factor is high. No flats.
- I like a chunky heel. The one in the Indigo by Clarks pair above is almost too “dainty” for me thought I’d give it a stab. No to kitten heels or anything real thin and light.

Too many requirements?? If you’ve seen shoes like that, please let me know! Or, if you’ve seen shoes in person that might be lighter than the pictures on Zappos and other sites suggest, please let me know too.
