Looking for an UWP/RATE bag

I'm realizing that most of my handbags are very structured and ladylike which fits with my primary style. I've been drawn to UWP style more lately, but the only slouchy black bag I have is this Le Sak purse. The lining is torn inside and it's a little small and I'm thinking about asking for or getting another purse (probably black or dark grey) for Christmas. I'd like it to look a little more UWP/RATE...but not too RATE (it still has to go with my outfits!) I saw a studded bag at TJ Maxx, but the spikes were actually sharp and pointy...ouch! I'd like a UWP-ish bag with a touch of polish to still fit with my style...a gateway UWP bag, if you will.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Oh, sorry--UWP means Urban Warrior Princess and RATE is Rough Around The Edges.

I have to laugh a bit because having a little tear in your bag lining does make it more RATE, right?

Wow, thanks for your suggestions. I looked at all of them and they are to die for! I think they're a little outside of my budget though...I was hoping to stick to less than $100 (definitely under $200). They are gorgeous...good inspiration for looking for similar bags and getting a sense of what UWP bags are like.

Una, LOL, I know! I told you I'm not good with RATE! (I don't even use my old 90's Coach purse much anymore because the bag is scuffed and the corners are all rubbed off). The tear is right at the edge of the lining near the zipper so I'm worried because the zipper gets caught in the fraying easily. Plus I like bigger bags.

Parsley, LOL about the "entry-level" UWP. That's exactly what I need! Just dipping my boot in the UWP pool.

I did find a studded satchel at DSW.com by Big Buddha:

I don't know if it's slouchy enough (still looks rather structured), but it has some (non-poky) studs on the top and on the flap, and a chain handle. What do you all think, does this look UWP enough? It was only $59 and only one left so I decided to go ahead order it--but I can always return it if it doesn't work out.

Darn it, I just got an email from DSW that they don't have the bag I ordered after all and they cancelled my order. Boo. I hate when that happens.
