I've been looking for a replacement for my old camel colored wool coat that wore out. Previously I tried Angie's doublecloth metro coat but I didn't like the feel of the material (wanted something softer wool). I also tried an Ellen Tracy in rust but it was too voluminous on me. She suggested I try the J Crew Plaza Coat in Henna (rust). They were sold out of my usual size 4 online, so I called customer service and they put in a search order to see if they could locate the coat in a store. Well, after a few nail-biting days (during which I ordered a camel in size 4 and the Henna in size 2, just to hedge my bets), they finally found a size 4 Henna and now I've finally received it! What do you think, is this the coat for me? Which size, 4 or 2? DH likes the 2 because it seems more fitted (and I tend to agree, it looks slimmer), but it's a little tighter and if I raise my arms over my head and bring them back down, the coat tends to cling onto my bust area a little so then I have to pull it back down. Does the 4 look too boxy on me though? Also, what about the camel version? Yay or nay? I might keep both if they both look good, but if not I will just keep the henna. Thanks for your help!
