Shannon, usually I wear 8.5. In some shoes I wear an 8. Dr. Martens only has whole sizes, though, and I heard these run small so I ordered a US size 9 / UK 7 / EU 41. I wouldn't have found them comfortable if they were any smaller.

So the sales associate at Nordstrom shoes said it should be doable. He said if they needed a LOT of stretching he would be concerned about compromising/breaking the zipper; however, since I only need them stretched a little at the top he said he thinks they can do it just fine. I should have my boots by Monday. Yay!

Also need to take my Rockports in for some TLC, reheeling, and a tiny bit of stretching so I'll see how they do with the Docs first.

So cute!! I was loving the wedge heel but the height would be too high for me. So nice on you though!

And success! They stretched just enough and feel very comfortable. I'm wearing them with opaque black hose and a striped black and grey cowl neck sweater dress. (pics later.)
