I am purging my closet in order to adopt the principles I have/am learning here. Please vote Yea (keep) or Nay (go) on the wardrobe articles I have selected. These articles I'm on the fence about. I've had them for a long time and I really liked them at one time and I kinda still like them. Your thoughts are also welcome. This is a two piece leopard print outfit.

It fits you very well. It seems very dated to me. Having said that though I respect your final decision to keep or donate. Sometimes a certain item evokes really positive memories and they are worth keeping.

I agree with Sterling, it does not look current. Unless it fills a very specific hole I would let it go.

I think the dress has a bit too much going on with the ruffles, sleeves and hem.
I vote purge and make room for something else.

It looks really good on you, but I have to agree with Sterling and Tanya that it seems very dated to me. So I vote to donate.

I agree....just wanted to see if there might be any reason to keep the bottom skirt to the top. The consensus seems to be donate and I agree.

It might work if the pieces were separated. Can you post pics of them worn with other pieces? I think they might be ok worn with "quieter" pieces. Otherwise, I agree that there's too much.

JAileen, here are the pieces separated though I think this flouncy hem is outdated, I'd love to hear the feedback

I like the top - nice colours and good fit - but I wouldn't keep the skirt. I think you're right - the flounces are a bit dated.

I agree with MissVee. The top seems OK with a different bottom, but the skirt still feels dated to me.

I do think the outfit is dated. If being current is important to you, then I do think you should pass this on:)

I also think that it looks dated, especially the skirt. Is it something you reach for/ wear often or is it one of those outfits that you think about and reject.

If it's the former then maybe keep the top and look for a skirt that complements the top to replace the skirt.

I was hoping for the skirt to work on its own, but I don't think it really does. If your goal is to make room for 10's in your closet, then I'd say pass on this shirt and top. It will create a vacuum for some new fantastic item (or two!) to come into your closet.
