Is this top a keeper?

This top is new from Ezibuy. I like everything about it but am a little worried about the colour. I generally avoid tops that are too close to skin tone. What do you think?

Anne, you're slightly in shadow in the photo, but the top appears to be a brighter, more colorful pink than a peachy nude would be. Is that correct? If so, I think there's enough contrast there to make it work.

It's too hard to see the picture, Anne. I can see why you might be concerned about the color, but because the picture is dark and small it's too hard to make an accurate assessment.

Most probably a keeper. You seem to look fresh and nice in pink, but I agree that the photo is a bit too dark.

I think I remember seeing you in a similar coloured top a while back, could be wrong, but back then I also thought that you look really pretty in this shade of pink (it looks brighter than a nude or peachy pink on my screen). I like it on you;-)

I like the top on you, but I do find nude shades require more accessories than colours with greater contrast. Would you mostly be wearing the top with denim Anne? I think it will look beautiful with indigo but maybe get lost against a mid rinse.

So definitely pink, not peach (which is a terrible colour on my olive skin). However what the catalogue doesn't show is that it is quite thin, not dense. I'll try it with a cami for my next pics too.

Julie - yes I would be wearing this with denim, dark wash. Thanks for the suggestion re accessories - I always need reminders about them!

My primary plan for this (though of course it could have other uses) was to wear for school pickup with jeans for the days we have in autumn/spring and even winter when it is suddenly warm at 3 oclock.

I think it's pretty on you! Here in the U.S. there is a big trend for soft pinks and peaches this spring.

I'm actually not too sure about it. It's hard to tell from this picture, but it looks more like a cool, purpley pink and I think you look better in warmer, reddish pinks.
