Is there a more affordable option?

Hi! I am totally smitten with the brand Logo by Lori Goldstein. I have watched her on QVC but have never bought any of her items or seen them in real life. However, I love the flowy, asymmetrical look of so many of her pieces. They look so comfortable but also very stylish for my current tastes.

Most of her tops are $50 or more which for me is a lot of money. Plus there is a lot of layering in that style and i'm not sure how I feel about that. I hate feeling bulky and I don't like anything I have to fuss with but this stuff looks soft and light.

I may have to bite the bullet and pay the price for one piece to see if it makes my heart sing in person like it does on tv, but if anyone knows of anything similar for a smaller price I would love to hear about it. Thanks

I don't have any experience with that particular line, but I do know that QVC has a lot of financing options and sales, so that might bring your cost down. You also might check ebay - niche brands that are only available via direct sales (like Cabi) are often resold a lot on ebay, so Logo might be too.

As far as style, it looks very similar to Eileen Fisher - which would be more expensive - and J. Jill - which would be comparable, depending on sales. These kind of tunic-y flowy tops are also often sold in stores like Walmart and Kohl's, or in a catalog like Soft Surroundings.

Thank you Laura. I hadn't thought about Ebay. I'm not familiar with Soft Surroundings but I will look them up. I was just at Walmart yesterday but didn't go to the clothes section. Will have to take a look and make a trip to Kohl's as well.

i think if you're willing to do some digging, you would find similar styles that much lower prices….not sure exactly what you love about the LOGO line, (edited to say, not sure if its the shapes, the colors or the layering or its something else or all 3) but here's some similar knits from Target. i found some from kohl's as well, but for some reason i couldn't get YLF collect work..http://www.kohls.com/search/to.....#038;PPP=6...

I have been loving these tunics -- with pockets -- from Hanes:

I enjoyed the first one so much, I went back and bought every color. They machine wash and dry well, too, though my rough-cut aquamarine necklace did cause one to pill a bit in front. They are under $30 to begin with, and are on sale now for $23.

Have you tried TJMaxx? They have loads of affordable options. Some of the brands that have a similar look to LOGO are Kim & Cami, Chaus, Cupio, Max Studio, Bobeau and Cyrus.

Marshall's is also a good place to find some of these asymmetrical/sharkbite tunics. Some of the specific brands to look at are Cha Cha Vente, Carmen Marc Valvo and Ellen Tracey. (No pics available online.) The a.n.a. brand from JCPenney also has some similar options.

I too have loved watching the Logo line but not indulged due to pricing. So happy you posted and received other options. I definitely stalk clearance and special offers or 6 easy pays on Qvc designers I love.

You've got some great alternatives, here. Layering can be pretty simple -- maybe one pair of great fitting leggings or slim plan, a flowy tunic, and a flowy vest or jacket. I'd pair a tunic like this with a short, structured moto or denim jacket. The crisp topper reigns in some of the volume and gives sharper lines to my torso -- I feel this ups the flattery quotient!

Just chiming in to say that I have been wondering about Soft Surroundings fabric and saw a piece yesterday on consignment. 100% rather thin weight polyester. So it depends on how you feel about that fabric.
