It's a dark denim jacket w/ little ruffles that I bought about 5 months ago at ATL (impulse buy, on sale). I've never really worn it b/c I don't know what to wear it with. In these photos I paired it with boring wide-leg khakis and a white top, but that's mainly so the jacket would stand out for you all to see.

It looks blah to me, but what I need to know is:

1. Does it even work for me?
2. If so, what do I wear it with?
