How many pairs of oxfords does a girl need?!

So I just bought a pair of brown-taupe two toned oxfords and I already own a nude pair from Clarks. But this morning, I may have found the perfect pair of black and white oxfords! Gah!

At 70 euro, they're not too steep and I love the sharp contrast of the black and white. But still.. someone pls explain to me why I need 2 pairs of two toned oxfords?!!

It all depends if your budget allows another paid of oxfords. If you really like Oxfords and feel fab in them, the styling opportunities are endless.

Uhhhh because they are gorgeous? Seriously they are not only shoes, they are a statement piece. They will add structure and pattern to any more simple outfit. If you can afford them, I say break out the checkbook.

It's funny, I had the same thought a few days ago, looking at my oxford collection (3 right now, and I was contemplating a fourth). I find that when I have time to consider whether or not I "really" need something, time helps clear things up - either I keep thinking about the item, which means I should go back and get it, or I forget about it. So i guess you'll have until next month to figure this out. They do look great.

Kirti - that's what I mean, if the item is truly spectacular and comfortable and you keep thinking "oh, those shoes would be great with this outfit", then I can move the "want" closer to the "need" category.

Kirti, here's my shoe math: If I have more shoes than I "need," but love them and wear them 'til they're at least ready for serious repair (and sometimes I do serious repair), then I'm not wasting money and I'm gaining more variety, which good for my soul and my soles!

They're so sharp, but I admire your discipline to wait until next month to get them. Time will help clarify your thinking and by then your decision will be rational, not emotional (or you will want a closetfull of summer dresses by then). Either way, you win!

I can never have enough of these. They are so comfortable with the kinds of lifestyle and roads we have here in our country. Go for it if you really love it, otherwise it will haunt you in the dreams!!! LOL.
