I feel kind of bashful chiming in again after another long period of silence, but I wanted to share my news with those who remember me from the early days of YLF...

So the reason I've been absent since around last NAS is because things aren't really fitting correctly right now and I've been shopping at different stores, such as Motherhood Maternity... Yep, I'm joining Ledonna and expecting a little girl this June.

I'm 21 weeks along but not 100% showing yet but definitely gaining weight so it's been a delicate balance of dressing comfortably but not feeling frumpy. Lately I feel like it looks like I'm just gaining weight which is hard!

Anyway, my shopping priorities these days have been picking the perfect paint color for the nursery, looking at cribs and such, and picking out a stylish diaper bag (the one I selected has polka dots!)

So that's my news. My mom is super excited and is already window shopping at Nordstrom for cute baby outfits. I'm an only child so this is the first baby in our family in a long time.

I hope everyone is well and I will try to make more of an effort to chime in on the forum and blog. Pregnancy exhaustion is a real thing!

I'll leave you with a picture of her foot from our last ultrasound. This photo blew my mind! A mini little foot growing inside my body. How is that even possible?! It's all so surreal and doesn't feel 100% real yet.
