After a week of frozen feet i'm giving in an getting proper winter boots I really like both of these

I like the second ones because they are higher up the leg i know they look a bit geary but my feet are soooo cold. i'm walking to work at the mo cause i daren't drive with the ice i've worn wellies with 3 pairs of socks and i've been home an hour and my feet are still cold, thoughts x

I like the look of the second ones better, but I have a pair of lace-up snow boots and they're sometimes a pain (they have a partial zip, but the laces still need to be loosened and tightened), so much so that I sometimes don't wear them even when I should. Something to consider?

They have a full length zip on the other side i managed to find a 360 view on another site x

I love both pairs. The second pair might be more practical because they're taller and will keep more of your leg warmer and dryer in bad weather.

I also vote for the second pair- they seem less gear-ish than the first, to me.

Another vote for the second pair, the snow drifts here would come over the top of the first boots.

Second pair gets my vote as well. The taller shaft would probably be more flattering to your leg -- plus, as Marianna says, they would be warmer.

is waxy suede waterproof ish wonder if a dose of waterproof spray would work? x

Fab managed to find them in chocolate which i thought might not show marks as much as the pale ones

so have ordered them, knowing my luck they'll arrive after the cold weather's gone but at least i'll be prepared for the next time as i did the same thing last year and didn't buy any and i've got freezing feet again the same as last year x

I really like your choice! I have a pair of winter boots with the waxier suede and they're definitely waterproof. I think your feet will be very happy!

Yay that's the only thing i was worried about i'll give them a good dose of waterproof spray as well x
