Your pic is small and it's hard to see the waist detail, and mine adds a little confusion because the model's wearing a belt, but I'm wondering if it's not this, from her Fall 2012 collection:
Thank you guys. The back is actually black, not tuxedo. I did check LAMB but the ones there don't have the pleat...
ETA: Mochi I think the ones you linked are it.
Thank you all. It was the ones you posted Mochi. I looked far and wide but they are out of my size and out of price range. These are slouchy pants I would wear. Angie, you should get these pants... cough...cough... http://www.shoprevolution.com/.....ooth-pant/
Even if I find them ... too much moola Angie... Too much Moola....
I am thinking I can DIY with two pairs of identical editors. I will not have the pleat detail but still, I think those would be fun. I have a sewing machine and can sew somewhat.
I have a pair of charcoal and a pair of black ones that are duplicates and not PPL anymore. I no longer wear them because I prefer taller heels now. I could take apart the front and back panels, the waist and frankestein them together. I would also taper the leg. I would take them to my tailor first to see price.
Zap, that sounds cool. And in the meantime stalk, stalk, stalk...sites like ebay (where they have it, but barely reduced and probably not at your size). But those are some awesome statement trousers.
