Help: 6pm.com Returns Question

OK, I've never had a 6pm.com return before. Do you have to print your own shipping label?? I know you have to pay for return shipping, but I don't see an "automatic" label after I did the return on my account. Am I missing something? I sent an email to customer service, but I'm not sure how long it will take them to get back to me.

I think you have to pay for the return shipping yourself, as far as I know. There is no prepaid option. (Which in my opinion is ANNOYING - companies get much better shipping rates than individuals so I always have to pay more when I pay out of pocket than for a prepaid label. This is why I try not to shop at 6pm too much, to be honest.)

I think you do everything yourself. Depending on what shape the item you are returning is, you can use flat-rate boxes from usps. I often find this the cheapest option.

Thanks! Yes, I would gladly pay THEIR shipping rate; I'm sure it's much better. IK, there's a box of shoes plus about 8 tops. I'll just use fedex ground..

Hey, I have the very same issue... I clicked "RETURN" and the message said, "
print out the return informaiton with the e-mail, and put it in the box when you ship".

I have still not recieved this "RETURN" e-mail.
I've e-mailed "CUSTOMER SERVICE" 3 times yet no answer.

Kappy... what did you do? Send your item back with a note explaining the situation?
Did you finally recieve the E-mail retrun invioce?
