I had a busy week, three hard gym sessions, one walk and on Saturday a 6km mud run. I did it in one hour which was a LOT quicker than last year mostly due to sloshier mud and less waiting. You could not run all the way but I did a lot of running, wading, climbing and clambering!
Afterwards we had a Sambuca, a coffee, a hot swim and a jug of beer (and some food).
I am hoping to build a small amount of running into my schedule, 2-3 runs a week for about 5km, I do not love running but feel it would assist my fitness and maybe weight loss too.
