Sore necks, I do feel for you Shedev.
I completed my Tough Gal challenge. It was a very cold morning with lots of frost. It was a 6km loop with lots of uphills, thick mud, water, tunnels, mild electric shocks, climbing frames etc....I came through it okay, it was fun, I was slow but steady and attacked all the obstacles. We also had a fun weekend away as six women did it together. There were over 2000 on the course so it was a busy track!
I need to be a bit more careful with my snacking, and also with dinner meal choice. I am happy with my exercise, last week three group exercise gym sessions, the event and a game of tennis. Back to the gym this morning. I cater for two growing boys who like and needs lots of carbs but I need to balance their needs vs my own.
And yes Anna, starting back at the gym can be the hardest part!
