Happy Monday YLF. Food was good. This week I started tracking the amount of fiber I'm eating. I was really low, so now I'm trying to get in more. I'm shooting for 15-20g.
Exercise was good. I've gotten to new lifting highs in a couple exercises and will likely get to new highs in the rest by the end of this week. Totals were 2 stronglifts, 2 Krav, 1 yoga. 1 missed workout.
