All meals out and tropical drinks sounds like a fun way to put on weight if you have to do it :-). As was eating the gluten free brownies and other treats I made for the party we had on Saturday night! So my weight is up too, though coming down, as I hope yours does too.

My exercise was cut down by the bike accident I had last week - bike is still in the bike shop so no cycling to work, and my shin is still bruised so I haven't been running.
I did manage 2 weights sessions in the gym with the PT who is showing me my new program. I had another yesterday and 2 more this week. My form is pretty bad on the leg exercises so he is scheduling extra sessions to get it right so I don't injure myself, which I appreciate.
And he says I'll be fine to do spin today.
