My weight is down a little too - around 2 kg from that high point when I got that high bodyfat measurement a month ago.
I have been a little more self controlled with food. One thing that is really helpful is eating my lunch a LOT more slowly. It has made me feel fuller with less. I have a couple of bites, and then time every subsequent bite at 5 minute intervals. I can do this because I just eat my lunch at my desk after going to the gym- it would be a bit weird at meals with other people, though I am trying to slow down my eating there too.
I have just about recovered from my bike fall 2 weeks ago, with only some slight bruising left. I started running again on the weekend and went out again this morning. Hopefully I'll be able to pick the repaired bike up soon and start cycling again.
Last week I also did 3 weights session, one spin class and a yoga class,
This week I plan on 3 weights, one yoga, one short inverval session and a (5km) parkrun.
