Time for another HM post I hope you'll join me in striving to focus on the positives and I hope you'll share them here. Tell us your blessings, gratitudes and good news etc. and perhaps we can get our heads in a happy place.

Ok, I'll start off as usual... lets see...I'm actually feeling pretty pleased with myself to have got the better of my procrastination to some extent. I've been getting through housework, doing shopping, internet jobs like finances and so on, and it feels pretty good. I occasionally check out this website: http://zenhabits.net/ One of the things that sunk in from the site, was that when we procrastinate about tasks, we believe that they will take longer to do than is actually the case and that if we time ourselves when we do said task, we are pleasantly surprised at how little time it actually uses up. We spend longer procrastinating about it! Try it and see for yourself.

I've also done 6 workouts over the last fortnight and though I was tired and stiff at first, I have begun to feel a teensy bit brighter and more energetic, yay!

Other happy moments : My son doing very well indeed in school exams... booking a short break away for the end of may and starting to plan our Greek holiday for August... looking forward to a day out in London next Saturday... ordering two new sweaters for myself...enjoying lots of healthy food... connecting with you lovely people on YLF

Oh, and here's a pic of me having just done a workout, modelling my new gear and feeling pleased with myself! Also one of my cat Bilbo who thought it was purely just for him that I had just changed the bedding on my son's bed, so he instantly made himself at home
