gucci watch deal

i just got a great deal on this gucci watch. mother of pearl, 42 diamonds of vs1 quality, and diamond hour tickers. stainless steel. price was 3,000 and i got it for 900! what do u guys think of the watch? keep or return?

the watch i posted doesnt have the full amount of diamonds i bought mine for but very similar.

If it's a real Gucci I would say keep. A classic watch will go with everything.
I have my Rolex that I enjoy for many years and looks good with everything.
Do you like your new watch? Do you already have something similar to it?

Sorry - I did click on this and read it yesterday but don't feel I know you well enough (at all, actually !) to comment much .......is this from a reputable Gucci authorized dealer, and do you get the certification card with it? I'm always suspicious of things like this on the web that are available at what is claimed to be so far off the actual retail price...

It's a perfectly lovely watch - and if you are in the market for a new silver investment piece, I'd go to an authorized dealer or jeweller. Otherwise, it's really just buying for brand name alone... which is a whole other issue.

It's a lovely watch. If the fact that it's a Gucci is important to you, then it sounds like it was a good buy. Over 60% off is always an attractive deal!

Kelz, may I be blunt? You might get more responses if you were a more active participant on the forum....meaning that you respond to other members' posts too. There is a camraderie that is developed through the give and take of exchanging support and advice. It also means that we get more familiar with each others' styles so it's easier to give good feedback. My perception (and feel free to correct me if I am wrong) is that you only seem to post when you have some new, usually pricey, piece that you just got or are thinking of buying.

Well I'm sorry you feel that way but I didn't know you had to be more active in the forum to be able to ask for advice. And quite frankly whether I post expensive stuff or not I don't think its right for you to comment on that. I normally post expensive stuff and get opinions on that just because of that reason. They're expensive and so I appreciate advice. Isn't this what this site is about too? Getting advice? I don't have time to sit here and comment all day.
