Gettin me green ready for St. Patty's Day

Can I have your opinions on these two green options please? The first is a corduroy blazer. I really love the color, but I think it's a bit too big. Do you agree? I won't probably wear it with these pants and shirt, it's just what I had on.

The second option is a cardigan from H and M that I bought a few weeks ago. I always think the color is garish until I try it on and love it. It was difficult to capture, but I would call it a bottle green or greenish-teal. Thoughts on this color on me? Great or "what was I thinking"??

I agree that the jacket seems too big. I think I"d send it packing. I really like the cardigan outfit.

Love the color of the cardigan on you =) I think you'd pull off a lot of saturated colors really well...and yes, the blazer seems a bit big on you

The blazer looks too big in the underarm/bust area especially. (I have the same problem.) The cardi, especially the color, looks amazing on you. Now you need to find a nice fitted jacket in that color.

Blazer does look too big and the color is dull on you after comparing it with that beautiful cardigan. The cardi fit AND color both look great on you. You wear the color well!

Same response as everyone else. When you said garish, I was expecting a neon green or something atrocious. This is very soft and pretty and a REALLY nice color on you.

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow. The parade will be going right along the street where I work. It will be bagpipes and drunks all day (bagpipes aren't even Irish are they? But they play them anyway...).

Thanks! I feel more confident about the cardigan. I'll put the blazer on the thrift store pile. I'm fairly new to jackets and this was an attempt from a few years back, so I'm looking forward to finding a few more.

Maya, I'm not too into St. Patty's Day either, but I thought it was a convenient occasion to sort out my greens. Have fun watching the drunks!

I thought bagpipes were Scottish? Anyway Kristine i agree with others great cardi and the blazer is poss a bit big, Maya enjoy the parade x

I'm not too fond of the blazer but the cardigan is beautiful! I also bought the same cardigan as well.

Happy Paddy's Day everyone... I'm not the biggest fan of St Patrick's Day as I live in city centre, and the parade, celebrations and drinking are still going on! I'll post up my green outfit later!

Bagpipes are also Irish but are more commonly associated with Scottish traditional music.

Yep, blazer is big on you.
The cardigan is a great color and I even like it with the floral top you had on. All you need is white jeans or a white skirt and you've got a new spring outfit.
