Finding the items you need at the right price

found my wishlist boots!

Of course, I find these and Shiny is in Paris! On a previous wishlist thread, Shiny and I mentioned wanting some knee-high leather boots in a reddish or chestnut color, and I've found these:

I'm not sure the color is 'chestnut', but in other Born shoes, I've observed that the tan leather is a bit redder than not. What do you all think? Does anyone have experience with Born boots?

Hi LauraElizabeth...I think those boots are very pretty. Would they be skirt boots?

I'd proably wear jeans under these more than with skirts. Is there such a thing as boots that can go with skirts and jeans?

I don't think so....the boot shaft would be too loose on your leg if it fit over jeans.

Nice casual boots! Should be comfy. A good brand and perfect heel height.

Nicole makes an important point. Wearing the same boots over jeans AND under skirts is often not achievable. Both looks require different boot fits. You can pull off both looks with a slouchy boot style because it’s roomy enough to go over jeans and looks okay under skirts because it tapers in the right places. Hope that makes sense.
