Favorite micro-fishnets - Missing!!

I can't find them anywhere. Been tearing the house apart, since I wanted to wear them tonight as a part of my costume. Wondering if I left them in HK or if one of my DD's borrowed them for spirit day... Very sad, because I've had this pair for years, and it's held up so beautifully! And I've had them so long, I forgot the brand ages ago. :-(

Guess I'll need to replace them. Please send me your suggestions. I can't wear Wolford or Oroblu - both brands' smallest size is way too big on me. Thanks!

Shiny, that's horrible! I've known my washing machine to "eat" socks, but never tights or hose... hopefully you will find them. I don't have any fishnets so I'm afraid I can't suggest anything :(

Are the Oroblus too long? You need petite hose! Do they make petite hose? How about a kids department? Can you replace the brand that went missing?

I don't think they're going to have fishnets in the kids' department! LOL.

I wish I knew the brand... I seem to think I may have bought them at Target. They weren't expensive. I purchased them in '05 - and they had lasted this long with no rips!

A while ago someone linked to the Simply Vera MFNs at Kohls a little while ago. I haven't tried them in person but they got a good review.

I just bought the cheapo Hue MFN's that I think Kristen hated. So far I haven't had a problem with tearing or snagging and they are very soft. Maybe they have been improved?

The only downside is that they have a mesh-within-a-mesh. Kind of hard to explain but the result is that there is more coverage. But they were $7 so I don't care.
