I think you are cute in everything that you wear but I am not sure about the proportions of this outfit. I think that a shorter more cropped vest would work better with the dress. I think the vest works so well with the jeans that you posted earlier. Maybe opened?

I'm with Jean, a cropped waistcoat would have worked better, but lets see it open.

Thanks for your feedback everyone! I'll try this combination again with the waistcoat opened. Jean & Angie, I think you pinpointed my concerns that I wasn't quite able to articulate in my mind about this outfit... I think the proportions aren't quite right.
