Do plus-size microchecks exist?

I've been coveting a pair of comfortable microcheck pants since hearing about them on this forum (I have a wool-blend pair, but they won't do for casual occasions). Has anyone ever encountered a pair along the lines of the ubiquitous Club Monaco pants that could fit someone like me? I know Marianna is interested in finding some too.
Khris, am I crazy to think that the JCPenny pair you bought some time ago might come in plus sizes?

I just saw these ones at JCP.com, Michelle.

They come in a grey plaid, but it might be more of a glen plaid than an actual check pant. I really like the texture, personally. And they are more of a straight leg, which is a plus.

I haven't found anything I like or that is a true microcheck. Most of the plus size pants are plaid. I tried on some glen plaid pants at Target and nothing was fab. I am sort of giving up on that search and instead coveting a cool tweed pant.

Gap has an awesome pair of houndstooth trousers that almost look like a microcheck. I want these:

I love the ones that Marianna linked to

The Penney's pants do come in a plus size, but they consider those patterns "seasonal", so they come out in fall with one shipment and then they are gone. I don't think they even stock them on the website. They come out every year, though, in a slightly different pattern. They are a pretty lightweight cotton, so probably not what you want for winter.
I just found a pair of pants in a gray microcheck at Target the other day (on the clearance rack)- and they were a 14W. I do think these are out there in Women's sizes, just harder to find.

They are the St. John's Bay bi-stretch pants:
