My Old Navy culotte order finally arrived today. I ordered the plain navy pair in two sizes, but only got one size in the windowpane pair in the smaller size.
The window pane ones are too tight in the waist. Do you think they're worth sizing up?
The solid navy pair I really really like, but can we even call them culottes at this length? Whatever they are, I really like them. I don't think I'd hem them. Should I?
