One of my very first posts related to an outfit that Transcona Shannon wore about 2 weeks ago. At the time I posted that she had provided me with inspiration for a red jacket I own

Photo 2 - Wore this to work today 20 Apr casual Friday -dark denim slim straight jeans,new long sleeved striped T (purchased after seeing my muse's post), red jacket, new black bag and kitten heel pointy toe black shoes.

Thank you Transcona Shannon - hope this isn't scaring you in a single white female kind of way.

Hi Fruitful - got the jacket off Trade Me (Kiwi answer to E-Bay) it's a Zara jacket no idea how old but in really good nick. And yes I did feel rather French - felt I should be lighting up a gauloises.

Love the stripes under a red jacket - very chic. Pointy shoes give it an edge that i love.

Zara! You got good Zara, we seem to get the duds at Zara Melbourne *sniff* (apparently each Zara gets totally different stuff, the things I've looked at have been patchy quality-wise. Trinny and Susannah - and lots of others - love Zara, so I can only conclude it depends which Zara you go to)

Fruitful - you have a Zara shop in Melbourne now (I haven't lived there for 7 years) I'm so jealous?We only get Zara here if someone has brought in from overseas.

Fab copycat! And you have added your touches. Love the jacket and the pointy toed shoes. Very funny stalker reference Kiwichic! I'm sure Shannon will be very flattered, however I note she hasnt checked in yet *cue scary music* he he.

Oh and don't be jealous of our Zara. As Fruitful says we find the quality
somewhat questionable.
